Getting ready for a new Project

Another productive day for RubyLove. We've decided to take a leap of faith and be a part of a fashion trade show in Las Vegas next month. It's called Project. We found a great sales rep full of energy and very enthusiatic about our brand. We'll be showcased along with 3 of her other clients.

Later this week we'll be busy getting the new designs printed. It's going to be very exciting! We are adding organic fabric, different cut shirts, super soft fabrics, and even metalic inks!

It's a lot of work, but I'm having fun working on something so close to my heart.

RubyLove's on my mind

At the moment, I'm redesigning the RubyLove website. The current site works fine, but I'm not happy with how structured it feels. And with our new collection coming out this spring...I thought it's time to jump back in and revamp the site. You can click on the image for a larger view and see the new graphics and sections.

After one week of staying up late, and working nonstop over the weekend, I feel we are very close to launching the new site by late next week. I'm very proud and excited about the new website. Not only the way it's designed, but also my self-taught programing!

My partner Italia and I are also in the process of getting a sales rep and possibly participating in a trade show...fingers crossed everything will go our way and make this the year RubyLove makes it big!

What’s Ann up to?

Everyone who knows me knows that I'm a busy body. I rarely have just one project that I work on. Whenever I talk about what I'm up to, the conversation often ends with the person asking "when do you have time to do all that?" I can only say I'm blessed with the skill of multi-tasking, and I have not decided if it's my stubborness or passion that keeps me going. Regardless of the reason, I am having a great time with my many projects. And this is a place where I can share them with my family and friends.
